Overview
Inge Selden’s practice focuses primarily on complex civil litigation, concentrating in the defense of financial institutions in state and federal court, arbitration and regulatory proceedings. He has defended brokerage firms throughout the country against claims asserted in arbitration by customers or by former employees.
Inge has also defended a significant number of companies and individuals in securities class action litigation, including the representation of a major brokerage firm in a federal securities class action which was tried to a successful conclusion in the Middle District of Tennessee.
